Who can sign up?

Anyone can sign up. Our virtual running challenges are for any runner or walker. You have nine distances to choose from and we want you to reach your target.

Can I start a challenge halfway through the month?


Yes, the booking deadline for all challenges is the 15th of each month.

Can I amend my distance?

Yes, if you feel that that the distance you have chosen is not right for you, you can either upgrade or downgrade your distance. We want you to enjoy your challenge. If you feel that you are racing ahead of your prediction, don’t worry. Simply contact and we will be happy to adjust your target accordingly. Similarly, if you think the distance you’ve chosen is out of reach, then we can decrease your goal to make sure all your effort hasn’t gone to waste. We want you to succeed and we are here to support you.

I’m an international runner. Can I join?

Of course - it’s a virtual challenge. We would love to welcome you into the Run To Be family. And for everyone to spread the word to your friends and family. Also, don’t forget to join our Strava Club to map your progress with our other runners. 

Can I walk?

Yes. At RTB, we feel that any exercise is good exercise for the mind and body, so all challenges can include a daily walk. Just remember to record your evidence.

I got an injury halfway through the challenge - can I have a refund?

No. Sorry.

When do I have to submit evidence of my runs?

Evidence submission opens on the 1st of the following month and closes on the 7th.

What will I receive if I successfully complete my challenge?


You'll get a lovely, shiny medal or a certificate, dependent on which option you go for.
