Thank you Lindsey for putting together the Run To Be sessions. For one reason or another I stopped running well over a year ago and when I heard that these sessions were starting I was really excited. I came to the second session last week and again this week and I wasn't disappointed. First of all I forgot how much I enjoyed running, or in my case plodding. Secondly every one was friendly, kind and supportive with a 'won't leave anyone behind' attitude. So people, if you ever thought of giving running a go, this is the place to be.
