Last weekend was certainly a classic for our RTB runners!
We had ourselves a bit of a Super Sunday with our 10k Race Preparation Course members taking on the Asics London 10k and other runners taking on personal challenges in the Run Norwich 10k and a 5k at the London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
We are proud of each and every one of our runners and when we see them getting out there and taking their place at these events having begun their journey on a 0-5k running course we can’t help being overjoyed!
We’re sharing some of their posts from our members page on Facebook, with their permission, so we can share their achievements with you too!
This morning at the London Olympic Park - I ran my personal best at the ‘BBC Women’s Couch to 5k’ run. I ran 5k in 32:33. Feeling pleased with my effort in the sunshine. I could not have achieved this without the wonderful training and support from all at RTB. Thank you
Mary, Chingford
Huge shout out to my fellow RTB peeps Joan & Tess, whom I’ve never met before, but who were also flying the RTB flag at an amazing 5km race organised by The Race Organiser at Olympic Stadium this morning. Hope you both had fab runs, sorry for jumping on you at the finish line for a selfie but I do so love a RTB spot!

My 10k today was the Run Norwich. I would not have been able to get around without the training, help and support of the 10K running group. Thank you all and John Aldridge, it was your instructions in my ear up every hill. A big thanks to you Lindsey Mills for inspiring us all.
