Our 0-5k running courses are aimed at people with little or no running experience or those returning to running. At the end of a 6-week course, you will be able to run 5k.
 
Choose from one venue to run your course. All courses are led by qualified coaches and a team of mentors. At RTB we encourage and include everyone, so no one will be left to run on their own.
 
You can choose to go to one venue for the duration of your course for £30.00.
Our runners like to attend many sessions to help with their homework runs and to meet a new running buddy. So sign up for the Weekly Pass at £50.
