5K+ Run Series Wanstead (PM)
Run Series is a three week course aimed at people who have just finished the 0-5k course and who are now able to run 5k comfortably.
It is also aimed at any runner who wants to run 5km weekly within an inclusive group, as we know running helps with your mental wellbeing and it's great to be able to do it together.
Each class is led by one of our trained coaches and will follow a different route each week to incorporate different challenges and will be accompanied by a team of experienced mentors.
This course aims to stretch and challenge runners but most importantly provides a supportive group environment.
