Run To Be is a running community committed to supporting anyone who wants to run.
Our aim is to inspire and support a new generation of runners, free from prejudice and barriers, and to build and continuously grow a diverse community of runners, irrespective of size, age or gender.

We offer inclusive running courses for all abilities, including beginners, 0-5k, 5k+ and 5-10k, in Loughton, Woodford, Chingford and Wanstead.
monthly virtual running challenges
Push yourself to a new level of running by signing up to one of our virtual challenges: 25k, 50k, 75k, 100k, 125k or 150k. What's your limit?

march challenges
Ideal for those new to running or just getting back to it, for this challenge, you'd be looking to run about 6k per week...
Perfect for those that regularly run 5k or those that run shorter distances but often, you'll need to cover about 12k per week.
If you're doing 5-10k runs regularly, this challenge could be a good fit for you. You'd be aiming for roughly 19k per week.
For those channelling their inner-Forrest Gump, we're looking to you to smash this challenge of approx. 25k per week.
If you just can't stop running, sign up for this challenge! Your objective will be to cover about 30k per week.
If you're finding the other challenges a bit of a breeze, push yourself harder with this challenge. You'd be looking at approx. 38k per week.
